Main Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment of the store's sales plan (by revenue, by product groups)
• Planning and implementing monthly sales targets according to PCT
• Enhancing sales by offering related products/services
• Training and adapting staff (mentoring, completing adaptation sheets and checklists)
• Monitoring ongoing training and education for staff (both in-person and via LMS)
• Identifying and applying for necessary staff training events
• Supporting staff motivation and development through KPIs and incentives

Main requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a shift manager in retail or 3 years as a senior sales consultant
• Sales experience in technical stores
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian, knowledge of English preferred
• Apple product knowledge is a plus.
