Open Box

1. What is an Open Box product?

These are original Apple devices that are fully operational but have been previously unboxed. They fall into two main categories:

Demo units: Devices displayed in-store for demonstration purposes. They were barely used and are in excellent condition. Returned devices: Products returned for technical reasons, then repaired and tested by Apple experts before resale.

You get the same Apple quality — just at a better price.

2. Do Open Box products come with a warranty?

It depends on the type of device:

Demo units do not include a warranty. If an issue occurs, repair costs are covered by the buyer. However, any defects would likely have been discovered during the in-store use, so only fully functional demo devices are ever offered for sale. Returned devices come with a warranty. Typically, the warranty starts from the activation date. If the official Apple warranty is less than 3 months or has expired, iSpace provides an additional in-house warranty of up to 3 months.

This way, you're fully protected against any risks.

3. Can I get an Open Box device repaired for free?

Demo units: Only paid repairs are available. Returned devices: If a defect is found within the warranty period, repairs are free of charge and carried out according to Apple standards at an iSpace Authorized Service Center.

4. How can I tell if it’s a demo or returned device?

Check the model number (also known as the part number) on the box or in device settings:

Demo units: model numbers start with the digit 3. Returned devices: model numbers start with any other digit.

5. What’s included in the Open Box package?

Original box, or a service box if the original is unavailable. All standard accessories (charging cable, power adapter if included in the original set). Documentation. A purchase receipt (fiscal check).

6. Can I return or exchange an Open Box item?

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, according to consumer protection laws.

7. Are iSpace promotions valid on Open Box products? Can I use bonuses or get installment plans?

Open Box devices can only be purchased with a one-time payment (credit card or cash).
