At iSpace, the following are available: cash, bank debit and credit cards, online payment on the website, and for legal entities – non-cash payment by transfer from the company account.
Is there a warranty on Apple products?
Official warranty is provided for all Apple products. Its term depends on the product — from 3 months to 1 year.
Is Apple Pay available on the iSpace website?
Yes, Apple Pay can be used on the website. Payment is processed through Yigim Payment and is available for Azerbaijani and foreign cards with Apple Pay support.
Can I pay for the order in installments?
Yes, you can.

How does store pickup work?
There are two options:
1. you buy the product directly in an offline store;
2. you place an order online — the product is reserved in your chosen store, after which you receive a code to pick it up. Pickup is available during iSpace store opening hours.
How much does delivery within Azerbaijan cost?
The cost depends on the delivery address.
· By mail to regions (including nearby cities — Sumgait, Khirdalan, etc.) — from 7 to 23 manat. Available only with full prepayment.
· · In Baku — from 4 to 50 manat.
What are the delivery times?
The delivery time depends on the time the order is placed: in Baku — usually within the day, to regions — approximately 3–5 working days.
In which cities is express delivery available?
At the moment, express delivery is unavailable, but you can arrange for pickup from the nearest store.
At what amount is delivery free?
Free delivery applies to orders from 300 manat. If the amount is less — delivery is paid.
Is there non-cash payment for legal entities?
Yes, there is non-cash payment for legal entities – by transfer from the company account.
When will I know the exact delivery date?
The manager will inform you of the exact date and time when confirming the order by phone — when clarifying the address and convenient time for receipt.
