of Distance Sales through the Website
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions (hereinafter — the “Terms”) regulate the remote (distance) sale of goods and/or the provision of services by ASBC LLC (registration number: 1403779711) (hereinafter — the “Seller” or “ASBC”) through the website https://ispace.az (hereinafter — the “Website”) to users and customers (hereinafter — the “Client”, the “Buyer”).
The legal relations of the parties are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On Electronic Commerce No. 908-IIQ.
Placing an order by the Client on the Website and its confirmation by the Seller constitutes the conclusion of an electronic contract having legal force under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On Electronic Signature and Electronic Document.
2. TERMS
Buyer/Client — a natural person placing an order on the Website.
Consumer — a natural person purchasing goods/services for personal needs not related to entrepreneurial activity (subject to the guarantees of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On Protection of Consumer Rights).
Electronic contract, Electronic document — any contract concluded between the seller and the consumer within an organized system of distance sales, without the simultaneous physical presence of the seller and the consumer, using exclusively one or more means of remote communication before and at the moment of concluding the contract, including any order placed by the consumer and having binding consequences for them;
Electronic communication — information in electronic form, which is not an electronic document, sent, received, and stored using electronic means;
Online order — electronic communication between the seller and the buyer through which the buyer intends to purchase a product from the seller, the seller agrees to sell it, and the buyer agrees to pay for it. For goods not available in the current stock, the seller may order them from the supplier upon the buyer’s request made in the store, but the delivery time of such goods exceeds the usual delivery period;
Confirmed order — an order placed online through the online store https://ispace.az/ by a buyer whose identification data and order details have been confirmed by phone during communication between the buyer and ASBC customer support operator.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We recommend that you carefully read these Terms.
These Terms constitute the general framework under which e-commerce activities are carried out remotely/online as part of the sales system organized by ASBC. These Terms may apply upon conclusion of a distance sales electronic contract, whereby, by placing an order following an electronic commercial message from the seller, the individual consumer explicitly and unambiguously expresses their consent to conclude a distance contract by submitting the order.
You agree that the processing of your orders for service or product will begin immediately after all necessary registration formalities have been completed.
The information you provide must be accurate and truthful. By deciding to register, you agree to provide us with your correct name, address, and other relevant information. To update or correct this information, please access your account.
By accessing your online store account and using your personal password, you are responsible for all activities carried out using them. ASBC is not responsible for any errors or consequences arising from the user’s negligence regarding the security and confidentiality of their account and password.
Your personal data may be stored and used by ASBC for processing and confirming/fulfilling orders, informing you via email, SMS, postal mail, or other means of communication about order updates, preparing statistical reports, and improving services.
The data provided by buyers, clients, or users is confidential in accordance with the law. Personal data may be disclosed to government authorities only based on permissions issued in accordance with the law, or when ASBC considers it necessary to prevent or investigate violations of the rights of ASBC or third parties, in accordance with legal procedures.
The website uses security measures to prevent the loss, alteration, or unauthorized use of information under our control.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The online store https://ispace.az contains all information (texts, images, databases, products, prices, logos, advertisements) that constitutes the content of the online store and is the property of ASBC. Any extraction of content (in whole or in part) for purposes other than personal use is regulated by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and, in particular, by provisions relating to intellectual property rights.
The information presented on this website is available in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
Access to and/or use of the website by the user constitutes ACCEPTANCE of these terms and indicates the user’s consent to comply with them.
Any information regarding a contract concluded between the buyer and ASBC, as well as any order placed, will be stored for a limited period of time and may be made available to third parties upon request of state authorities with the relevant supervisory and control powers over information society services.
If any error occurs during the consumer’s submission of data necessary for processing an order, the consumer may use the email address [email protected] to inform the seller of the error.
After the order has been processed, the seller bears no responsibility for incorrect transmission of the consumer’s data or for an order placed in error.
Working hours:
Orders may be placed online at any time, but order processing takes place daily during the following hours:
Monday–Sunday: 10:00–21:00.
The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Seller sends order confirmation (via email/SMS/in the customer’s personal account). Electronic documents/messages have legal force.
5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer, free of charge, with information about its products and services in order to fulfill the purpose specified in the online order.
The Seller undertakes to publish indicative information on the online store https://ispace.az/ and to provide information about the goods offered for sale, as well as any other data ASBC considers useful for Buyers.
The product specifications and related technical documentation presented on the website are provided by manufacturers and suppliers, and ASBC offers technical support for their display.
The Seller continuously takes measures to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the products offered for sale. If prices or other product details are displayed incorrectly, ASBC reserves the right not to fulfill the order and to notify the potential buyer of the error, provided that delivery has not been executed.
Images of goods displayed in the online store serve presentation purposes. The actual products ordered may differ in characteristics (such as color shades, etc.) from their visual appearance depending on the production batch.
Upon request and with the consumer’s consent, ASBC may recommend that the Buyer purchases another product whose quality and price are equivalent to the originally requested product. The initial order is considered canceled on the day the order for replacement product(s) is confirmed.
ASBC may run promotional offers on the products and services listed on the Website under conditions established by ASBC.
Products/services included in promotional offers with one-time discounts (expressed as a percentage or fixed amount) will reflect the final payable price. If a discount is offered individually within a loyalty program, the final payable price will be the one shown after the discount is communicated or applied to the Client.
ASBC reserves the right to change prices unilaterally, without prior notice, and to determine the amount of applicable discounts depending on circumstances.
Prices for goods are updated daily. The price of a product ordered is the price listed on the date the Buyer places the online order and cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Promotions are valid:
- For limited periods indicated on the product presentation page in the online store;
- Within the limits of available stock.
ASBC bears no responsibility for damages caused by information published in the online store due to errors not attributable to ASBC.
ASBC reserves the right to supplement and/or modify any information in the online store without prior notice to website users.
6. PAYMENT
Payment for goods/services purchased in the online store at https://ispace.az/ must be made before they are received by the Buyer and must always be accompanied by the issuance of a receipt and/or a tax invoice.
The following payment methods are available:
– Cash. A Client may choose to pay in cash at the time of receiving the ordered goods/services via courier delivery or by self-pickup at the following locations (provided that the address is agreed in advance with the Seller):

– Bank card. Payment may be made using debit or credit cards issued by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro. For such payments, the Client will be redirected to the secure page of the partner bank, where they must enter their bank card details. ASBC does not request or collect bank card data (CVC2/CVV2, expiration date, etc.), and such payments are carried out exclusively on the bank’s secure page to eliminate the risk that the Client’s data may become accessible to third parties and be misused. If the 3D Secure system is used for payments made via Visa or MasterCard, card data is entered directly into Visa or MasterCard systems, and if the Client’s card is issued by a bank certified in the 3D Secure system, the transaction will be authorized only after authentication by entering a one-time code generated by the issuing bank.
By submitting and accepting the order, the Client explicitly agrees to pay the amounts indicated during the purchase process.
7. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
When purchasing products/services in the online store https://ispace.az, the Buyer may use delivery services, either with an additional fee or free of charge. The Buyer will be informed about this during the placement of the order, and the delivery cost, if applicable, will be reflected in the final amount payable and, accordingly, in the receipt or tax invoice.
If the buyer is new, the Seller assumes acceptance of the order only after confirmation of order placement by phone or email.
After submitting an online order, the Buyer agrees to subsequent communication (by phone or email), as well as to the working hours of the Seller. The Buyer also agrees to the recording, storage, and processing of the phone conversation between the Seller’s representative and the Buyer.
After receiving the order, ASBC reserves the right to contact the Client by phone to confirm the order and its delivery. The delivery period begins from the moment of telephone confirmation. Delivery cannot be carried out without telephone confirmation and, therefore, without providing a valid contact number.
Delivery of goods/services and related sales documentation will be carried out by a courier to the address provided by the Client at the time of order placement, throughout the entire territory of the country within 72 working hours.
If the order is placed on weekends or public holidays, it may be confirmed by phone and picked up even on those days; however, delivery will be made within 72 hours from the beginning of the next working day.
Delivery of goods is carried out within the following time intervals:
Monday – Friday: 09:00 to 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 to 14:00
Sunday: non-working day
At the same time, the Client has the option to independently pick up the goods at the following address (provided that the address is agreed in advance with the Seller):

The order will be delivered to the Client upon presentation of an ID card or another valid identity document, unless the relevant documentation requires otherwise.
If the product/service has not been delivered within the specified period, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract. In this case, ASBC will refund the Buyer all amounts paid under the contract within 14 days from the date the Buyer notified ASBC of their decision to terminate the contract.
It is not possible to deliver the product/service to a person other than the Buyer, and only one delivery address is accepted for each order.
The order will be automatically canceled, without the Buyer having the right to claim any compensation in connection with this, except for the refund of any advance payments, if applicable, in cases where the order cannot be delivered for reasons not related to the Seller, such as (but not limited to):
- the courier is unable to contact the Buyer or the Buyer is unreachable at the specified address;
- the Buyer postpones delivery repeatedly (no more than 2 postponements are allowed);
- the Buyer refuses to accept the parcel for subjective reasons;
- the Buyer and the contact person for delivery are different individuals.
In the event of cancellation of prepaid orders due to reasons arising through the fault of the Buyer, the Buyer shall bear the costs of delivery and the return of the paid amounts.
Delays or cancellation of the delivery of ordered goods and/or services may occur due to reasons beyond the control of ASBC, including force majeure circumstances, as defined in these Terms and provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Upon presentation of the parcel by the courier, the Buyer is required to sign the delivery documents and pay for the order if payment has not been made previously. The Buyer may then open the package and inspect the goods.
The Buyer has the right to refuse to accept delivered goods if they do not meet the technical specifications indicated in the order. In this case, the Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are brought into compliance with the Buyer’s order.
The consumer (an individual) also has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase subject to conditions of the return procedure available on the website https://ispace.az/.
Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer after receipt of the goods, signing of the delivery document, and completion of payment.
8. WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT
Products ordered through the Online Store on the Website are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for each brand and in accordance with applicable legislation. Accordingly, each product is accompanied by a manufacturer’s warranty certificate, under which the manufacturer, either directly or through its representatives, provides technical service for the product.
The warranty certificate is provided either in paper or electronic form and sets out the content of the legal warranty (and commercial warranty, if applicable to the purchased product), as well as the essential elements required to make a warranty claim, such as product identification, warranty period, the territory in which the warranty applies, the geographical scope of the warranty, the name and address of the guarantor, and the stamped date indicating the expiration of the warranty period. For products with a service life of less than 2 years, the warranty period is reduced to that duration.
Together with the ordered product, the Client receives a receipt and a warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer—documents that must be presented in original form when requesting technical or warranty service. Therefore, if any of these documents is not delivered by the courier along with the ordered product, the Client must contact the online store https://ispace.az/ within 48 hours from the moment of receipt of the product. If this information is not reported within the stated period, it will be assumed that the corresponding documents (warranty certificate and receipt) were delivered together with the ordered product.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Graphic symbols, names, and trademarks (such as the website name and the ASBC company name) are the property of ASBC and may not be transferred and/or used without the prior written consent of the owner.
The visitor shall not copy, distribute, reproduce, or publish for commercial purposes any information contained in the ASBC online store without the prior written consent of the website owner. Any unauthorized modification of the website is prohibited.
10. ADVERTISING AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The Buyer shall under no circumstances disclose to third parties any information received from the Seller, including the terms of the distance sales contract and the price of the goods, under penalty of being obliged to compensate for losses and lost profits.
The Buyer shall under no circumstances grant access to their account to any third persons for any actions, including the ability to make purchases on the website https://ispace.az/ on their behalf, under penalty of being obliged to compensate for losses and lost profits.
The Seller reserves the right to use the information provided by the Buyer for the fulfillment of the distance sales contract. Furthermore, the Buyer shall not disclose order-related information to third parties without the Seller’s written consent.
The Seller reserves the right to store and use, for its own interests and for marketing purposes, any information provided by the Buyer through the website https://ispace.az/. The Seller shall not disclose to third parties any information received from the Buyer.
11. COOKIE
The pages of the website https://ispace.az/ collect and use cookies.
An internet cookie is a small file consisting of letters and numbers that is stored on the user’s computer, mobile device, or other equipment from which the user accesses the Internet. Cookies allow the website to provide personalized information to the user.
Cookies ensure a pleasant browsing experience and support ASBC’s efforts to deliver relevant advertising based on the user’s preferences.
If visitors of the website https://ispace.az/ do not agree to the use of cookies, they may disable cookies in the security settings of their browser.
12. DOCUMENTATION
The Seller shall issue a cash receipt and/or a tax invoice (depending on the circumstances) for the goods sold, based on the information in the Seller’s possession and the information provided by the Buyer. At the same time, the purchased product will be accompanied by the documentation required by law for the ordered product/goods, depending on the circumstances: a certificate/declaration of conformity, a warranty certificate, instructions for use, and other documents as applicable.
13. RISKS AND LIABILITY
The Seller is responsible for the proper packaging of the goods.
The risk of loss of the goods transfers to the Buyer at the moment of actual delivery of the goods.
The Seller assumes responsibility for the delivery of goods ordered by the Buyer personally or through a third party. The delivery cost is indicated on the website and is carried out in accordance with the offer posted by the Seller, only if the Buyer requested delivery to the required address or if the Seller’s offer also included delivery of the goods to the destination.
The Seller is not liable for damages caused by reasons excluding its fault, due to the inoperability of the online store, as well as for damages arising from the inability to access the online store pages (such as defects in the Internet network, technical failures of the online store pages, etc.).
The Buyer is liable:
- for disclosing to third parties any information received from the Seller, including the terms of the distance sales contract and the price of the goods;
- for providing access to his/her account to other persons for any actions, including enabling purchases on the website https://ispace.az/ on his/her behalf, in the amount of the damages caused and the lost profits incurred by the Seller.
The Parties shall also bear liability in other cases provided by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
14. IMPEDIMENTS JUSTIFYING NON-PERFORMANCE (FORCE MAJEURE)
The Parties shall be released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under this Agreement if such non-performance is caused by the occurrence of an impediment beyond the control of the Party, and if the Party referring to the impediment has no possibility to avoid or overcome the impediment or its consequences.
The Party invoking the impediment must ensure that the other Party receives a notice of the impediment and its effect on the possibility of performance within a reasonable time after the debtor became aware or should have become aware of these circumstances.
If the justifying impediment is temporary, the justification shall apply for the duration of the impediment. However, if the delay acquires the characteristics of fundamental non-performance, the other Party may resort to legal remedies available for such non-performance.
The performance of this Agreement shall be suspended for the period during which the justifying impediment exists.
This Agreement shall cease to be effective if the justifying impediment is permanent; the obligation shall terminate. The corresponding reciprocal obligation shall likewise terminate.
15. DISPUTES. APPLICABLE LAW
The contractual relations between the Parties shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the Parties shall be submitted for consideration to the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
