Main Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment of the store's sales plan (by revenue, by product groups)
- Planning and implementing monthly sales targets according to PCT
- Enhancing sales by offering related products/services
- Training and adapting staff (mentoring, completing adaptation sheets and checklists)
- Monitoring ongoing training and education for staff (both in-person and via LMS)
- Identifying and applying for necessary staff training events
- Supporting staff motivation and development through KPIs and incentives
Main requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a shift manager in retail or 3 years as a senior sales consultant
- Sales experience in technical stores
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian, knowledge of English preferred
- Apple product knowledge is a plus.
